Short layovers, huge unfamiliar airports, a ticking clock to really put on the pressure; sometimes getting from one terminal to the next is its own adventure. Especially if you're not at your best, and let's be honest. Very few people are, when fresh off a several hour long red eye flight.

So for this project I wanted to try an angle that was less than glamorous, but more true to an average consumer's experience of just trying to get from Point A to Point B. And United's app is excellent at getting him there.
