Process Work
When I make comics, I start with really rough sketches drawn on individual pieces of paper. I scan them, cut them into panels, and tighten up the drawings as I go.

For me, the fastest way to work is to jump from thumbnails go straight into painting. I tend to clean up the original drawings a bit along the way, as shown in the time lapse videos I've put down below.
